Terms & Conditions: 1 The booking deposit is non-refundable. 2 The balance of the holiday cost is due ten weeks prior to travel. 3 A breakages deposit is required of £100 or $150. This is to be paid with the final balance by separate cheque. This will be held on file should a deduction be necessary. The deposit (or balance of) will be returned within two weeks of departure. 4 There is a no smoking policy within the villa although smoking is allowed outside. 5 The keys must be returned to the lock box upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from security deposit for replacement locks. 6 The gate/pool entry card is to be left in the villa upon departure. Failure to do so will result in a deduction of $50 for the cost of replacing the card. 7 As this is a residential community no loud music on pool deck after 11 pm. 8 Please do not litter the pool or pool area. Extra clear up of litter will result in a deduction from deposit. 9 Upon vacation place all trash in bin provided, run a final load of dishes through dishwasher, sweep and vacuum. Charges for excessive cleaning will be deducted from security deposit. 10 Check in time is after 4pm – check out time is 10 am. 11 Pets are not allowed without the express permission of the owners. 12 Payments: a. Booking deposit immediately with booking reservation b. Balance due ten weeks prior to travel. 13 Cancellation: a. No refund of booking deposit. b. If cancellation occurs before six weeks prior to commencement date 50% of holiday cost will be payable c. If cancellation occurs later than six weeks prior to commencement date 100% of holiday cost will be payable d. The owners cannot be held responsible for weather conditions and any cancellations by guests or their travel company. No refunds can be given due to conditions beyond the owners control. e. If the owners re-book the villa to another party at the same rate a refund will be given less the booking deposit f. Any refunds will be sent less the booking deposit At the commencement of your stay we expect our home to be in a good clean condition and would appreciate it being returned in the same way. We provide a cleaning service before and after each booking and expect all appliances to be in working order. If you experience any problems please contact our Managing Agent immediately. The phone numbers are provided in the villa. Please note we cannot be held liable for any mechanical, electrical or appliance breakdown but will make every effort to have repairs carried out as soon as possible. No refunds of adjustments will be given for such breakdowns.
